Niki is an award-winning internationally renowned, functional health practitioner and medical empath helping people to optimize emotional and physical health. Since 2004 she has completed over 10,000 consultations in over 40 countries around the world helping people to overcome fatigue, get their lives back and live an abundant, fulfilling life.
Niki is passionate about using both psycho-emotional, energetic and physical approaches for a truly comprehensive, radically wholistic approach to abundant energy and health. Niki is known for being able to identify and articulate how the mind and body work together as one unit, helping people to connect all the dots and move them along their healing journey.
In 2005 she co-founded one of the largest mind-body clinics in integrative medicine in the UK. In 2009 the clinic won the awared for Outstanding Practice. The results with patients at the clinic were later published as a preliminary study in 2012 in the British Medical Journal Open. The theoretical basis of the clinic’s approach was published in Ken Wilbers Journal of Integral Theory and Practice .

Niki has spoken on over 40 online health summits reaching over 1 million people, and been the key note speaker at live conferences internationally. Niki has been the recipient of two “O” work visas from the USA, granted only to people who can demonstrate “extraordinary ability” in their field.
In 2020 Niki is cohosted the largest ever online event on overcoming emotional trauma; the Trauma and Mind Body Super Conference, with almost 200,000 attendees.

After finishing her degree in Economic and International Politics at the University of Warwick, Niki started her working career as a chartered accountant, qualifying with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the City of London in her twenties. After a seven year career in financial services, she left to work in an environment with more heart and meaning and in ways she could more directly help and serve others.
During her retraining as a health practitioner Niki trained in NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), yoga, personal training, the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Matrix Reimprinting . Niki completed the Nutritional Therapy Diploma at the leading Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London where she became a qualified Nutritional Therapist. Niki is also a bioenergetic practitioner and works with NES Health BWS System with clients.
Niki served as the Deputy Chair from April 2012 to April 2013 of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).
She was Contributing Editor at CAM Magazine for several years, the number 1 magazine in the UK for practitioners of functional, complementary and alternative medicine.
She has trained with Dr Deitrich Klinghardt in his 5 Levels of Healing Model, and uses it a long side Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory approach in her coaching model. Niki is also a graduate of Mastery University, the set of training seminars on health, wealth and relationships run by Tony Robbins.
She is currently a member of National Association of Nutritional Professionals in the USA (www.nanp.org)

* Lived in quite a few different places in the UK when growing up, both north and south before moving to Paris in France when she was 16
* Completed the International Baccalaureate at The International School of Paris rather than the usual A Levels in the UK from 16-19 years old
* Took a year out in France and studied French at La Sorbonne and speaks fairly good French
* Spent almost 10 years living and working in the USA in Boulder, Colorado, and Santa Monica in California.
